Concerts & Award Shows

Concert and award-show nights are decided by two moments: getting in before the doors close, and getting out of a parking structure with twenty thousand other people.

We plan both. Arrival is staged against the venue's real access pattern, and the departure point is agreed before you are dropped off so the chauffeur is where you expect after the encore.

For award shows, premieres and red-carpet events the timing window is narrow and the arrival is public — we plan those with the venue and the client's team in advance.

The same discipline scales to major events: festivals, conventions, galas and large private events move thousands of people through a small number of access points, often on roads that are closed or re-routed for the week. We build those programs in advance — vehicle counts, staging locations, credential requirements and departure waves — and for desert festivals and multi-day programs we position vehicles locally rather than running every leg from Los Angeles.
