Entertainment & Production

Studio & Production Transportation

Professional transportation coordination for studios, film and television productions, production crews, talent, executives and VIPs throughout Los Angeles.

Entertainment & Production

Studio work and production work, run by the same team

Studio transportation and production transportation used to be booked separately, and that is where days break: the lot pickup is with one vendor, the crew shuttle with another, and nobody owns the gap between them.

We run all of it. Gate and lot access across Burbank, Culver City, Hollywood and Universal, plus location work, base camp runs, crew movements, talent calls and the airport legs on either side.

Call times move. Wraps run late. Our dispatch is staffed through the production run, so a changed call time is a message — not a rebooking.

Production Crew

Crew movements on a published schedule

Crew transportation is volume work with no tolerance for improvisation: everyone has to be on set for the same call time, and everyone has to get back after a wrap that may run hours late.

We publish the shuttle schedule in advance, assign vehicles by department or hotel, and keep the same chauffeurs on the run so the loop gets faster after day one.

Vehicles are sized to the crew and to the parking reality at the location — a Sprinter where a motorcoach cannot stage, a minibus where a van would need three trips.

Talent & VIP

The same standard for a set call and a red carpet

Talent and VIP transportation is judged on two things: the car is always there, and nothing about the day leaves the vehicle.

We handle studio arrivals, set calls, fittings, press days, premieres and appearances, plus hotel, airport and private aviation legs on either side of them.

Where an arrival is sensitive, we plan the access point in advance with the venue or production and keep the itinerary inside the dispatch team.

Dispatch is staffed 24/7 through the production run. Changed call times, held vehicles and late wraps are handled by message to your production contact rather than a new booking.
