Hollywood Burbank Airport
Private chauffeur transportation to and from Hollywood Burbank Airport with flight monitoring, professional drivers and coordinated airport pickup.
Hollywood Burbank Airport sits in the San Fernando Valley, minutes from Burbank's studio lots and a short drive from Universal City, Studio City, Glendale and Pasadena. For anyone working or staying north of the hills, it is usually the faster, calmer alternative to LAX.
It is a compact airport. Terminals are close together, walking distances are short and the ground transportation area is straightforward, so arrivals tend to move from gate to curb far more quickly than at a large international hub.
That efficiency is why the entertainment and corporate travel community leans on BUR: shorter connections between the aircraft and the car, and easy access to the studio corridor without crossing the city.
Chauffeur Service
ELS provides pre-arranged chauffeur transportation between BUR and studio lots, production offices, hotels, private residences, corporate offices, meetings and events across the Valley, Los Angeles and beyond.
Studio and production travel has its own rhythm: early calls, changing schedules and talent or executives who need discretion. Our chauffeurs work to a confirmed reservation, hold for schedule changes where possible and keep the arrangement quiet.
Luxury sedans suit single executives and short Valley runs; Cadillac Escalade ESV SUVs handle luggage-heavy arrivals; Sprinters cover crews, production teams and larger groups moving together.
The Process
Provide the airport, airline, flight number, date, passenger count, luggage details and destination.
ELS monitors the relevant flight arrival information ahead of your pickup.
Your chauffeur coordinates the pickup according to actual arrival information and airport procedures.
You meet your chauffeur at the appropriate designated pickup location for your terminal.
The chauffeur assists with luggage and transportation continues directly to your destination.
Arrivals
BUR's compact layout means passengers usually reach the ground transportation area quickly after landing, so we time the chauffeur's approach closely to your actual arrival.
Pickup location depends on terminal, airport regulations and the type of service reserved. At smaller airports, professional chauffeur pickups are sometimes coordinated through a designated area or short-term parking rather than the immediate curb. Your chauffeur or ELS dispatch will confirm the meeting location before pickup.
If you prefer to be met inside rather than at the vehicle, request Meet & Greet at the time of booking.
Departures
Your chauffeur coordinates the departure pickup around your airline, terminal, departure time, traffic on the 134 and 101, your own preference and the arrival time your airline recommends.
Because BUR moves quickly, some passengers choose a later pickup than they would for LAX — but we will not guarantee travel times, and we plan with a sensible buffer for Valley traffic.
Drop-off takes place at the permitted departure location for your airline, in line with current airport regulations, with luggage assistance at the curb.
Meet & Greet
Meet & Greet may be requested at BUR when available and permitted. Your chauffeur coordinates the appropriate meeting point and may use a discreet personalized name sign — or, for talent and executives, no sign at all.
All meeting procedures follow current airport regulations. ELS does not promise access to secure or restricted areas of the airport.
Where We Drive
The transfers we run most often from Hollywood Burbank Airport across the Valley and central Los Angeles.
Important Airport Information
Flight information helps us coordinate an accurate arrival, even on short regional flights.
Pickup procedures vary by terminal and airport; at BUR, professional chauffeur pickups may be coordinated away from the immediate curb.
Studio-area and freeway traffic can affect departure timing, particularly during morning and evening peaks.
Production crews travelling with equipment or multiple bags should provide luggage details at booking.
Meet & Greet and discreet, no-sign arrivals should be requested when making the reservation.
Private Aviation
Burbank is the practical alternative to LAX for Valley and studio travel, and its private and public-charter facilities are spread around the perimeter of the field. Each has its own gate and passenger entrance, so pickups are coordinated by facility, not by terminal number.
FBO
2800 N. Clybourn Ave., Burbank, CA 91505
Hollywood Burbank Jet Center is the current fixed-base operator on the Clybourn Avenue side of the airport. Hollywood Burbank Jet Center car service is arranged in advance with tail-number monitoring so the chauffeur is in position as the aircraft arrives on the ramp. Transfers to Burbank studio lots, Toluca Lake and the Westside are the most common routes from here.
FBO
10750 Sherman Way, Burbank, CA 91505
Atlantic Aviation's Burbank terminal sits on Sherman Way and serves corporate and charter aircraft at BUR. Atlantic Aviation Burbank chauffeur service includes lobby meet or, where the FBO and operator allow, planeside pickup with luggage assistance. Executive SUVs are typically assigned for production crews and luggage-intensive itineraries.
Public-charter passenger terminal (not an FBO)
4561 Empire Ave, Burbank, CA 91505
JSX operates a public-charter, private-style passenger terminal on Empire Avenue — it is a scheduled hop-on service, not a fixed-base operator. JSX Burbank transportation is timed to the short check-in window the terminal is known for, so pickups and drop-offs are planned tightly rather than with airline-length buffers. Black car service from JSX Burbank to Hollywood, Downtown Los Angeles or Orange County is quoted in advance.
