The drive from Los Angeles is two to three hours depending on the day and the direction, and on festival weekends the last twenty miles matter more than the first hundred. We plan for both.
For multi-day programs we position vehicles locally rather than running every leg from Los Angeles, which keeps response times short once you are there.
Our chauffeurs know the desert corridor well: the I-10 through Banning Pass, the resort entrances along Highway 111, and the staging lots that festival and tournament organizers assign to licensed car services. Every vehicle is TCP-licensed and commercially insured.
