Arriving at LAX
After you land, ELS coordinates the pickup based on your actual arrival information rather than the scheduled time. Your chauffeur is dispatched so the vehicle is in position as you clear the terminal.
Pickup location depends on your terminal, current airport regulations and the type of service reserved. Your chauffeur or ELS dispatch will confirm the appropriate meeting location before pickup, and will contact you directly once you are on the ground.
International arrivals should allow additional time for immigration, baggage claim and customs. Wait time allowances for international flights are longer for exactly this reason.
