Airport Assistance

Luggage Assistance

Professional assistance from the terminal to your vehicle, with the right vehicle selected for your passengers and luggage.

The right vehicle for you and your luggage.

Luggage capacity matters more than most travelers expect. A party of four with four large suitcases and a golf bag is a different reservation than a party of four with carry-ons — even though the passenger count is identical.

ELS considers both passenger count and luggage requirements when selecting the vehicle class, so the car that arrives can actually carry what you brought. When the load exceeds what one vehicle can carry comfortably, we recommend a larger class or a second vehicle before the trip rather than at the curb.

  • Sedan — light luggage, small parties
  • Luxury SUV — larger bags, more passengers
  • Sprinter or larger vehicle when required
  • Second vehicle available for heavy loads
  • Chauffeur assistance with bags
  • Oversized items reviewed in advance

Luggage Questions

A luxury SUV typically handles several large suitcases plus carry-ons, but capacity depends on the vehicle configuration and the passenger count. Share your bag count at booking and we will confirm what fits comfortably.

Yes — always. Passenger count alone does not determine the right vehicle. The number and size of bags is what prevents a capacity problem at the curb.

Tell us at booking. Golf bags, skis, instruments and similar items are accommodated when the vehicle class is chosen with them in mind.
